Create Profile

• Create a PHM account with username and password.
• Fill out your profile questionnaire.

Get Paid Stuff

• Payouts require a Pay Pal account owned by the artist (create PayPal account).
• Please provide your account information in the questionnaire.
• Payments from sales are made monthly. See commissions below.

Approve

• PHM terms of service & payment agreement.
 
• Submit your registration – your account is active and you may begin.

Submit Songs

• Upload your song file(s) to your account in .WAV or MP3 format. 
• Be sure to include the song title and artist name like this:
• “My Song – Jane Doe.wav” or “My Song – John Doe.mp3”

Set Price

• Set the price of your song or album (minimum $1 per song).
• Customers may also add any amount of support $
• Submit and see success notice.

AI Testing

• Your file will undergo an AI detection test.
• 24 hours notification of a PASS or FAIL result by email.
• See our testing standards page for more information. 
• PASSING GRADE – will move to treatment phase.
• FAILING GRADE – retest option (more info).

Treatment Phase

• Meta data tagging: song name, artist, song or album avatar pic
• Shows in all player libraries (see example).

• By request:
• Trusted Audio watermarking (more info).
• Beginning Fall of 2026: AI Poison Pill or Harmony Cloak (more info).

Store Placement

• Files are made available for download as an AAC 320kpbs .m4a file (more info).
• Customers may preview 1/3 of the song
• Purchase for download
• Add additional funds to the set purchase price
• Stream purchases from the PHM website or app

Delisting & Price Changes

• Email request and will be handled within 48 hours.
• Request a price change to your song(s) at any time.

Commission Scale
 
• Artists 85% commission on the final amount paid for their song
• Minus 1/2 of credit card processing fee (see example).

• You will be notified automatically whenever a song is purchased
• You may check your earnings at anytime in the artist dashboard.
• See examples.

• Payments of commissions are made monthly to your Pay Pal account.
